Is it really free?

Yes. Freemium gives you one organization, up to 5 rosters and unlimited members, with no time limit and no credit card.

What does Core add?

Up to 10 organizations with 25 rosters each, for $6 AUD/month or $60 AUD/year (+ GST).

Is there an app to download?

No store download needed. Open RosterMeIn in your browser and add it to your home screen — it then opens like any other app.

How do shift swaps work?

A member posts their shift to the Trade Desk. A teammate picks it up or offers a swap, and the roster updates.

Can I approve swaps before they happen?

Yes. Mark a roster as managed and an admin or lieutenant approves each trade before it goes through.

Can someone belong to more than one organization?

Yes — one login across every org you belong to, on every plan.

How do I get help?
