Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RosterMeIn application and websites at rostermein.com and app.rostermein.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

RosterMeIn provides roster, shift, and team-management tools for organisations and their members. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. Notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it through unauthorised means, disrupting its operation, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or using it to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscriptions & Payment

Some features may be offered as paid subscriptions. Where paid plans apply, pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be presented at the point of purchase. The Service may display third-party advertising; see our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by RosterMeIn and protected by applicable laws. Content you create remains yours; you grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RosterMeIn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
